When my boss told me in the height of Covid and everyone was being told to stay home that I had to come into the office even though I had full capabilities to work from home. That was the exact moment I decided to quit my job, go back to college, and do something that matters — working in healthcare. I will never return to the hellscape of a cubicle world.
