DEI positions are being lost in droves three years after the nationwide racial reckoning inspired by the murder of George Floyd, according to Daniela Pierre-Bravo, author of "The Other: How To Own Your Power At Work As A Woman Of Color," in an appearance on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."


DEI efforts are being downgraded across the business world, putting the burden back on people of color, especially women.
